Return policy We accept returns only if the following terms are applicable:

Refund policy

Return policy process

Spruha Creation accepts a return policy for 3 days from the order placed only if the product is damaged if the wrong product was dispatched or manufacturing defect was there in the product.

To initiate a return please reach us via email at support@spruhacreation.in

1. OR you can call us on 9137985778 between 10 am to 7 pm.
2. As our team needs to know the reason for the return, kindly provide 2 to 3 images – one of the damaged part and another full product photo via email at spruhaenterprises@10gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9137985778 within 24 hours between 10 PM to 7 PM. Our Quality Check team will go through your request.
3. After receiving your email with photos and queries, our team will review the details and provide you with the status of your return within 2 to 3 days. If your return request is accepted, we will arrange the return shipping via the same courier and bear the shipping cost.
4. Please remember product must be returned with the original packaging including invoice, labels, accessories, tags, etc. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
5. It usually takes 7 to 8 days for the product to reach our warehouse. Once the product is received, our Quality Check team will check the condition of the product and start with the refund process which will take 2-3 Business days and it will then reflect in your bank account.

Domestic Orders

For local orders the delivery charges are free has mentioned.
For Zonal orders the delivery charges will depend on weight and size of the product and parcel.
Delivery charges will be applicable for all Life size statues depending on sizes and delivery location. The delivery time vary form 7-10 days depending on the delivery location.
For customized orders the delivery charges and time will be given by our team has per actual.

International Orders

Delivery charges will be calculated on the location, weight and size of the product and parcel.
Please note: For international orders customers will be responsible for taxes and customs duties implied on the product.
