Return Policy Process

Spruha Creation accepts a return policy for 3 days from the order placed only if the product is damaged if the wrong product was dispatched or manufacturing defect was there in the product.

To initiate a return please reach us via email at support@spruhacreation.in OR you can call us on 9137985778 between 10 am to 7 pm.
As our team needs to know the reason for the return, kindly provide 2 to 3 images – one of the damaged part and other full product photos via email at support@spruhacreation.in or WhatsApp us at 9137985778 within 24 hours between 10 PM to 7 PM. Our Quality Check team will go through your request.
After receiving your email with photos and queries, our team will review the details and provide you with the status of your return within 2 to 3 days. If your return request is accepted, we will arrange the return shipping via the same courier and bear the shipping cost.
Please remember product must be returned with the original packaging including invoice, labels, accessories, tags, etc. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
It usually takes 7 to 8 days for the product to reach our warehouse. Once the product is received, our Quality Check team will check the product’s condition and start with the refund process, which will take 2-3 Business days and will then reflect in your bank account.

Breakages

If the product is damaged while shipping please WhatsApp and send 2 to 3 photos on the phone number 9137985778. Our team will contact you and revert you within 24 hours. We accept a safe return from you even if the product is broken, we require the original packaging with the packing material we provided.
